General rules
- vowel letters are pronounced exactly as they are.
- A letter denoting a plosive, affricate, glide, or glottal transition /h/, pronounced /Ce/.
- A letter denoting a fricative or sonorant, pronounced /eC/. For the convenience of pronunciation, it can be pronounced and spelled as a bisyllabic word in ⟨eCCe⟩ form.
